Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Custom-made or personalized costumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or we made an error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with clear photos.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
